LUSHWHIPS RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
Dear valued customer,
Due to the fact that each mat is uniquely customized by each individual customer, we currently only offer free replacements for mats containing deficiencies; including but not restricted to improper fitting, sizing, quantity, and/or incorrect color. we will only send free replacements mats if pictures showing the issue(s) are sent to us within 30 days from the date of delivery.
If you believe your product has a deficiency, please send your full name, order number, and pictures showing your mat installed in your vehicle to email@example.com and our design team will review your submission to initiate the FREE REPLACEMENT for your order.
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so only within the first 24 hours after placing the order. To do so, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number and reason for cancelling. After 24 hours, the customization process of the order has already begun and cancellation requests can no longer be granted.
